went to your store today waited in line the cashier was waiting for a supervisor and ask me to go to the next cashier which I did She too was having a problem ask me to go to the next cashier which again I did this cashier was checking out a lady with 2 books she did the check out then the lady decided she didnt want the one book and the cashier had to ring for a supervisor all this time we all are waiting for a supervisor which didnt come finally I got angry and just left all my stuff

My wife was shopping on the 50% saving day at the Niagara Falls store, my wife found a bargain but it was not priced she asked a sales associate (Terryl) if she would get the item priced. Terryl promptly returned with item priced, Terryl was so pleasant and helpful which makes shopping at Value Village such pleasure. Thank You, Terryl
