This company still hasn't delivered all my furniture. It's October 29th, I ordered and paid for everything in July with a September 7th delivery date. The company they hired to deliver damaged my door frame but Paramount won't accept responsibility. They forgot to bring the throw cushions, the chairs for the dinette weren't available and I reserved the elevator twice this week but they didn't show up as promised. They ignore phone messages.
Please stay away from this place!!! Not worth your money
I bought my full set of furniture within A month the stitches came out. I contact the seller but he’s ignoring me. So unprofessional omggg
I don't like to post a negative review but I have to do this to help other buyers. Avoid this place as much as you can. Unprofessional staff and very ignorant customer support. Awaiting a response for my recliner which stopped working in 3 months after delivery. Will update the review with the latest response from them.
