Amazing service, good furniture , great prices
This company still hasn't delivered all my furniture. It's October 29th, I ordered and paid for everything in July with a September 7th delivery date. The company they hired to deliver damaged my door frame but Paramount won't accept responsibility. They forgot to bring the throw cushions, the chairs for the dinette weren't available and I reserved the elevator twice this week but they didn't show up as promised. They ignore phone messages.
I purchased a set of chairs from this company, and one of the legs broke off within a month of having it. I received no return of emails or calls.
Please stay away from this place!!! Not worth your money I bought my full set of furniture within A month the stitches came out. I contact the seller but he’s ignoring me. So unprofessional omggg
I don't like to post a negative review but I have to do this to help other buyers. Avoid this place as much as you can. Unprofessional staff and very ignorant customer support. Awaiting a response for my recliner which stopped working in 3 months after delivery. Will update the review with the latest response from them. ----- 4 months ago. I bought a Recliner, paid in full, with a promise from a salesperson to deliver during the next weekend. Guess what? I got a call, we don't have this in stock
I have order sofa set 2 it delivered damaged one They promise to have new one but never send i keep calling they ignoreing me.my family frustrating.

Liked the service of the Sales Person ( Mr. Nurpin) . Appreciate his customer oriented service attitude , delivery on time and they have new collections and designs . Had a great experience!
Very poor service, I purchased a sofa on March 19, 2018. after one month today April 18 I am still waiting for deliver. Nobody pick up the phone call, Nobody take responsibility. After customer paid deposit looks like they do not care about. I do not have any idea when I can get sofa. I going to cancel the purchase.
Very bad. Once you have ordered and paid they don't care about you. We got a love seat and they promised to customize but it was just shoddy work and 2 months delayed. Not as per our specification. When we called we were told nothing can be done at there end now we are stuck with having a furniture which is not our style and looks horrible. It upset my wife so much that I will have to do some DIY to fix there error.
My wife and I recently bought a new house and was looking to furnish it. Decided to get best deals we hit the streets of Kennedy road Scarborough. Went from one store to another.. hassled and felt like we were held hostage by various stores. We then stumbled upon paramount furniture. We walked in and met Ravinder. We explained our situation to him. We bought 100% of our furniture there. The service from Mr Ravinder and other staff members was amazing. I have and will keep recommending ppl there.
Don't understand why the workers there are so stuck up and rude! Delivery took almost over 2 weeks. Could not get in touch with anybody that works there, no one would pick up the phone after we paid. Long story short, They are money hungry and don't care about the customer satisfaction. They will not pick up the phone or stay in touch and update you on whats going on with your order. The furniture is also very cheap. Would not recommend
We paid 50% upfront to place the order. Delivery was over a week late. Delivery men refused to let us examine the product until we had paid the balance. They scratched our brand new hardwood floors in many places. When we pointed them out on the spot, they were very rude and insisted we had done it ourselves and "You get it fixed yourself". Delivered the wrong size box spring. After calling them many times (only to go to voicemail) and endless emails over 3 weeks, we have no update.
Delivery kept being delayed, they didn't answer calls - sent me straight to voicemail a majority of the time. The people (that I've met so far, are not the worst) but I can't say anything about the delivery people as my order has been delayed 3 weeks.

Paramount furniture from Scarborough is worst co. ,queen bed start chipping .all furniture have scratches & dent, very cheapest quality furniture & very bad customer service.I will say better buy from thrift store than from paramount from Scarborough.
Furniture is more than 2 weeks late. Poor service. Poor communication between workers. Poor timing. They never call back when they say they will. Delivery guys were very disrespectful when they delivered 1/2 of the order.
