PetSmart @ Kenndy Commons has just lost a customer
Made a grooming appointment a couple of weeks back, had it confirmed, and on the day of the appointment I was informed that we missed our appointment. They got the time wrong (despite the confirmation), and they said that they will not accommodate my dog at all (despite of this being their mistake). Perhaps they need to re-train whoever's in charge of booking appointments (he or she has to be familiar with telling time and operating their calendar software, or at least know how to read and write). They do need to work on their customer service. But a fail is a fail, and they've just lost a customer.
