I highly recommend Michael Burgio! A couple of weeks ago, I discovered a yellow jacket nest at the side of my house and, to my horror, they began to make their way in. I called Michael, and he answered my call right away. I am allergic to yellow jackets, and was in a panic, but he calmed me down and came to spray the nest. It took a couple of treatments but he got the job done! He was very professional and even came on a Sunday to spray. Needless to say, I'm yellow jacket free thanks to Michael!
To say I was pleased with the service Mike gave would be an understatement . Our home became inhabited by fleas this summer . What really drew me to Regional Pest Management is that when I initially called Mike and at least 4 phone calls later he was giving me natural suggestions to avoid costing me money that wasn't warranted ! I found that honest and very rare these days ! He finally gave in and came when we realized I was losing and now we are flea free ! Will recommend him to anyone !
I called Mike on a Tuesday afternoon looking for a price after calling a few other companies for comparison. Regional Pest Management was the most affordable for what I was looking for and Mike was incredibly helpful and personable. He answered all my questions and provided me with a ton of helpful information. He arrived at my house the next day on time and was extremely friendly. He instantly made me feel comfortable and after the job was done continued to check in with me. GREATLY RECOMMEND!
Mike was extremely helpful. He offered the best price I could find and went above and beyond. He not only sprayed two of my homes but he followed up with me a few days later to make sure there were results. His work is guaranteed and he genuinely cares. Quick appointment and treats clients needs/fears with professionalism and respect. Had an indoor wasp issue that meant more work and time and yet Michael did not rush the job and made sure everything was safe before leaving. This was the second time I used his services in the last 4 months (different issues) and both times this gentleman came through.Respectful and answered my questions with patience and knowledge.
