    Limited characters: - Brought in new pair of pants due to 2 food oil stains - Have similar pairs dry cleaned at another cleaner over a year with no ill results - Picked them up - stains not removed (that's ok) but extremely noticeable angled marks on the legs - Re-cleaned - no change - Staff told me they had not seen it before and told me it could be over ironing - Manager said on phone he's seen this 1000s of times and it could be due to me folding, material etc - No refund, pants ruined
