A very talented/skilled hair dresser with unskilled staff!

Masoud is talented and creative in what he does. I'm always happy with his cut.but his staff is not matching his skills or charges at all.the girl who dried my hair after his cut didn't have even basic skills.she burned my scalp couple of times& I got a headache bc she kept pulling my hair. also, my friend was nauseous & dizzy after she was given a wrong head massage with hard pressure on wrong spots while getting her hair washed.I will definitely recommend his service if he hires skilled staff!

I was referred to the salon by a friend who swears by Masoud - now i'm hooked. He's expensive and it takes forever to get an appointment and i still go there bc I've never had such a great cut and so many compliments. ps. It's so not dark in the salon - no idea what that person is talking about

I went there afte...

I went there after a referral by a friend. Have to say, she warned me that Masoud did what he envisioned vs taking direction. While I take full responsibility for not stopping him in time, I was quite clear that I did not want short hair. But he did it anyway because he feels he knows better! I left the salon almost in tears. It has been several days and I cringe every time I look in the mirror.. So hope it's a warning to those who have opinions on the style you want - do not go there!

Worse hair servic...

Worse hair service I've ever had. I am crying every time I look at the mirror. I went there by a referral, and all what I wanted is to get root retouch and fix the highlight color that started to fade and to get ghe same hair cut I used to have, and I showed Her a picture of myself with the hair color and cut that I want. I left with totally different colour!! Different highlights and on top of the she shaved the bottom of my head instead of cleaning the nick baby hair!! It's valentine day and I am not even excited becauSe of how my hair looks right now. Like hair cut that a kindergarten kid would have. I am so disappointed of the service doesn't worth the money or the time u spend there. Oh and one more thing it is so dark in there so you won't see how you look like until you are out in a proper light. I am not sure if that's done deliberately so they can hide their mistakes or it's just a normal design of the store.
