Poor post sales customer service
Structube's furniture is well designed and reasonably priced, but post sales customer support is dreadful - there are comments on numerous websites complaining on this point. My own experience of attempting to resolve a (non) delivery dispute of a large furniture order was so frustrating that I ended up canceling my entire order. Whilst the staff were generally very helpful at the time of purchase, the manager at this particular store was intransigent and somewhat patronizing, showing a lack of any initiative or customer service skills - and I was expected to pay a second delivery fee for my canceled order for the store to ship the goods back to the warehouse.
