After waiting two and a half hours almost 10:30 in the evening with my two children, the doctors started to argue among themselves and I did not care that I was outside waiting ... we left within 5 minutes of having them locked up .. I seemed very unprofessional and very little human on their part.

Plusieurs commentaires négatifs mais personnellement tout s'est toujours bien passé. Pour ce qui est la prise de RV, simplement laisser un message sur la boîte vocale et on finit par être rappelé. La patience est mise. Bonne chance.
