Phone service is great, people skills not so much
I have to say they fixed my cracked screen just fine. They told me that they could do it for the next day and when I called back the next day they told me Wednesday. That's an entire 7 days without my cell phone and instead of calling me and asking if that was okay they went ahead and did it without my consent of being phoneless for a week.They have no customer service skills because when I asked what they were going to do for me they simply replied with "wait until Wednesday" The price was 220$ which is a lot of money too be told to wait a week. He finally knocked off 20$ which was never given to me because apparently they're money hungry. They made up every excuse in the book not to give it to me. The service of fixing my cell phone was great but people wise I would never return to such ignorant, rude, and inconsiderate people. Be warned. I hope they see this post and know exactly who wrote it. If you can't treat your customers with dignity and respect I don't care how well you can fix my phone you don't deserve 5 stars in my books.
