Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Chestermere Jiffy Lube is the only place I choose to get my cars oil changed. The staff members are outstanding and the service done to my car is always superb. I started going to the firm while I was a resident in Chestermere and have continued after moving 60 km away. The staff provides sincere care for your vehicle and are honest with regards to the needs my car requires. I truly appreciate them. Bravo!!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

Doug was amazing. He talked with me a lot. Let me know what I needed for my car without being pushy. They got my oil change done quickly and then helped me when my battery died. He gave me actual advice for things my car needed with a realistic timeline without trying to get me to spend hundreds of dollars right away. I will be coming back to this location for all my oil changes and any other service they offer! Just amazing service.

Came to the house to check out the vehicle, bought oil over to ensure it was safe to take the car for repair.
