I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. It was a pleasure to have them do this inspection and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to look after your plumbing and heating needs.

We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

When it comes to water leaks, to homeowners they are emergency and need a plumber fast. Lone Star plumbing met my expectation. They understood the customer needs and have them resolve quickly. I had a water leaking through my basement ceiling and have no idea where it is coming from. They responded to my plea and responded to my call immediately and stayed until they find the source and fixed it. They have excellent troubleshooting skills, courteous and professional.
