Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. They had to deal with an intermittent problem which can be notoriously difficult to find and they succeeded where others may have faltered. Many thanks to both Hal and Gordon.

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

It's nice to be able to trust a business to do good work, back up their work, and most importantly is conscientious and professional. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!
