Terrible, I had to use totem for a warranty on my refrigerator, they took 2 weeks to come out and diagnose, 3 more weeks to get parts, they then said there was a leak in the casing and it could not be fixed. They refilled the Freon. When I asked for a copy of the work order they said I could not get one. I call Frigidaire, they said It was repaired and all the parts were replaced Totem did not replace any parts. Do not trust this company
