    Terrible, I had to use totem for a warranty on my refrigerator, they took 2 weeks to come out and diagnose, 3 more weeks to get parts, they then said there was a leak in the casing and it could not be fixed. They refilled the Freon. When I asked for a copy of the work order they said I could not get one. I call Frigidaire, they said It was repaired and all the parts were replaced Totem did not replace any parts. Do not trust this company

    Awful service! Tech -came to my house three times and told me every time he doesn’t know how to fix the product. When I called totem appliance to ask for another tech , they told me they don’t have anyone else?!?

    I wish there is NO stars at all because even one is way too much! I was unlucky to deal with Totem twice recently (because I was told that they are the ONLY service provider for Liebherr fridge/freezer). For the Liebherr fridge/freezer Totem technician came to see why (after renovation) our built in unit is slightly miss aligned. He told us that a long screw used to align rear foot is broken and he needs to order the WHOLE REAR FEET UNIT from Liebherr (it was son S

    Excellent service, Ernest did a wonderful job and was very helpful and pleasant! He was always on time and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what the issue was. I would highly recommend.

    Washer machine serviced. Technician while servicing poured water out into a turkey pot & water flooded into the floors and came poured through celing Gagan was the technician. He poured water stuck in the machine into a turkey pot (not sure why he thought this was a good idea). We offered to get him help 3 times with someone to help him. Gagan declined the assistance all three times. He proceeded to empty the machine and water poured out all over the floors. It then leaked downstairs and water w

    Do not call this company if your appliances need repair. Their technicians do not know what they are doing and management does not respond to calls or emails. I am so disappointed with this company’s service. Our technician couldn’t pull out our dishwasher and insisted we get it out. Luckily my husband figured it out but then our cabinets were damaged when the technician put it back incorrectly. The dishwasher worked when it was out but not once it was back as it was in the wrong position.

    Worst experience ever. Tech advised it would cost me $115 for him to knock on my door, even tho he wasnt able to diagnose an error msg on my newer Samsung dishwasher. I was sent a quote for two sensors plus labor totaling almost $700. Tech said it could be anything from a plugged tube to both sensors. I asked for another tech to actually diagnose;told it would cost me another $115. No ability to speak with a manager. Wish I had read the online reviews before I called. Stear clear!

    WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Never purchase or have anything serviced by these people. Was charged $425 for a new machine that was still under warranty. The service man came to my house 5 times for a brand new machine and still never fixed it. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! I called Frigidaire myself and they said all parts covered for 2 years. They lied to me and said the company didn't cover them, but said they were going to talk to Frigidaire to try to cover them, but Frigidaire told me they never

    Before this, I don't really know what "worst" means, this company defiantly redefined what worst service is! Here is the story, I bought a Fisher & Paykel gas cooktop from Midland appliance( Yes you are right! I didn't buy from Totem! but still can't get rid of them!). And about 2 months ago, I got a call from Totem, they notify me a safety part to prevent gas keep going when fire goes out in my cooktop, was found faulty, so need to be replaced, So they make an appointment with me.     worse repair service ever

    I have a Liebherr fridge that I have been trying to get the freezer repaired for over 6 months. I have spent close to $600. and it still isn't working. Customer Service takes no responsibility & refers to the technician at all times. Bruce, the tech has been here three times, was supposed to return three weeks ago, after paying $125 AGAIN for him just to walk through the door, did nothing to my freezer, and I'm still getting the run around. I will cut my loses and find someone else.
