Used to be better...
This place used to be good, but it has gone downhill over the last few months. The salmon used for the Philadelphia roll is VERY low grade fatty skin salmon. The spicy scallop roll is mushed-up fish??? with a very few pieces of scallop in there. I've eaten there many times, and I've eaten sushi all over the GTA and the world. Many items are NOT worth the price any more. Very sad.

Great Deal
I work in the area and forgot to bring lunch one day. Lucky for me Ni Ji is closeby. The lunch specials are fantastic. I spent $12 and got a huge bento box of Teriyaki Chicken and Tempura along with Miso soup, salad, edamame, seeweed salad, deep fried tofu, california rolls, rice soup, rice, glass noodle and green tea. Such a great deal! Plus it tasted good too! Get there early for lunch...by the time I left, there was a waiting line that went out the front door!

Not what I was craving
I was craving some good Japanese Food that wasn't AYCE so we tried this place. Not what I was craving, that is for sure. My favorate dish is shrimp tempura. It was soggy as were the vegge tempura. The salad is teeny tiny. And I was not too thrilled with the rice soup..goopy. Hubbies sushi dinner had way too much salmon. I didn't finish my food . I went home and had a p and j sandwich.

It is an overall great restaurant. I love the food because it is made by actual Janpanese and it taste like orginal Japanese food. The food is pretty fresh and My friend and I are really full. The astmosphere is okay. The place is really small and quite nice. The menu was really limited (no variety) and is not well designed. But the food that they served there is great. Services is okay, sometimes I'm not sure what they are telling us because of the accent, but they are friendly and they don't force you to pay tips.

Great customer service, service was also very fast..food was good..gave nice appetizers and dessert on top of the sushi..tempura was also very tasty..
